FAQ
How do I create an invitation?
Open the workspace, enter the event title, host, date, time and location, then create the invitation. Share the event link with guests.
What information does an RSVP collect?
The guest form asks for name, email, attendance response and guest count. Guests must confirm that this information will be shared with the host to administer the event. Do not request allergy, health or other sensitive information.
Can I export or delete a guest list?
Yes. The host workspace provides a CSV export and a delete control. Deleting an event removes its event record and RSVP list from the app storage.
How does the subscription renew and how can I cancel?
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew until cancelled. Cancel through the customer account portal linked on the site; paid service normally continues through the current paid month. Review the refund policy and the hosted checkout details before confirming payment.
Does Saudi-carnival sell event tickets?
No. Saudi-carnival provides invitation pages and RSVP management. It does not sell tickets or collect event admission payments.
How can I make a privacy request?
Hosts and account holders can email support@saudi-carnival.com with a request to access, correct or delete information. Guests can contact the host or email support. Share only the minimum information needed to locate the event.
