Who handles your information

Saudi-carnival operates this invitation and RSVP service. For service, security, support and billing administration, we use relevant information to provide the service and meet legal obligations. The event host decides whom to invite and why. The host is responsible for having the authority required to use guest details. Saudi-carnival processes event information to display invitations, record replies and provide guest-list tools.

Information and purpose

Event details include the title, host name, date, time and location. RSVP information includes a guest’s name, email address, attendance response and guest count. We use these details to display invitations, record replies for the host, provide guest-list management and exports, protect the service, and respond to support or legal requests. We do not ask for allergy or health information. Hosts must not enter sensitive information or use RSVP data for advertising.

Guest notice and consent

Before sending an invitation, the host should share this notice with guests and explain that their name, email and response are shared with the host to administer the event. The RSVP form asks each guest to confirm this before submitting. This version does not send promotional email or automated reminders.

Providers, location and storage

The website and event database run on Railway. Hosted subscription checkout and billing-account functions are provided by Company Engine and its payment processors. We have not independently verified the app, database or payment-processing locations, or the providers’ backup-retention periods. Information may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. Event details and replies are stored in the company’s Railway-managed PostgreSQL database. We do not currently operate an independent backup or verify the provider’s backup schedule. Export important guest lists and do not submit confidential or sensitive information. For payment-card processing, use the hosted checkout; Saudi-carnival does not ask for or store full card details.

Retention, access and deletion

Event information remains in active app storage until the host deletes the event. Hosts can export a CSV, delete an individual RSVP, or permanently delete an event and its RSVP records using workspace controls. Deletion removes the active app records; provider infrastructure backups or security logs may retain copies for a limited period under their own operational schedules. Billing and transaction records may be retained by the checkout provider for legal, security or accounting purposes.

Your rights and requests

Guests may ask the event host to correct or remove an RSVP. Hosts, account holders and guests may email support@saudi-carnival.com to request access, correction or deletion. Share only the minimum details needed to find the event or account. We may verify authority proportionately and respond as required by applicable law. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Security and scope

Each event has a private, randomly generated host access key. Keep the browser profile, host links and exported files private. Website traffic uses HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not use the service for sensitive data, children’s accounts, ticket sales or event-payment collection.

Cookies and optional tracking

This app does not intentionally use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Essential infrastructure may use technical logs or cookies needed for security and service delivery. We do not load optional analytics on these product pages.
