Event details and RSVP replies are stored in the company’s Railway Postgres database. Railway’s hosting location and backup retention for this database have not been independently verified. Data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia. Export important records regularly. Hosts should share the Privacy Notice with invitees and collect only details needed to administer the event. Do not enter confidential, health, allergy or other sensitive information.

Host keys are stored in this browser only. Download and keep a private access backup for each event; anyone with its host key can view and delete that event and its replies. Clearing browser data without a backup can permanently remove host access.
