Service scope

Saudi-carnival provides digital invitation pages, RSVP collection, event guest-list management and CSV export. It does not sell tickets, provide admission services, or collect payments for events. The current service provides event creation, a shareable invitation, RSVP capture, a host workspace, CSV export and event or reply deletion. Advanced features such as team access, custom domains, automated reminders and advanced reports are not currently included. All available plans currently provide the same core invitation workflow.

Using invitations and guest information

Use the service only if you are an adult authorized to manage the event. A private host key is created when you make an event and kept in your browser. Keep your browser profile and invitation management links confidential. If you clear browser data or change devices, you may lose host access. You are responsible for invitation content, choosing recipients, having authority to provide guest details and telling guests how their information is used. Collect only information needed for the event. Do not collect health, allergy or other sensitive information or use RSVP data for marketing.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

The selected plan price is shown in US dollars and billed monthly, renewing automatically until cancelled. The hosted checkout may display taxes, currency conversion and payment methods. Cancel through the customer account portal; cancellation stops future renewals and paid access ordinarily continues through the current paid month. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, email support@saudi-carnival.com from your subscription email. Do not send card details. Read the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, purchased or scraped lists, sensitive-data collection, ticket sales, event payments, harassment, malware or attempts to bypass security. We may restrict access to address security risks or unlawful use.

Availability and data

Event and RSVP data is stored in a Railway-managed PostgreSQL database. Data location and infrastructure backup retention have not been independently verified. Export important records regularly. Deleting an event or RSVP removes the active application record but may not immediately remove copies from provider backups or security logs. The service is provided as an early-stage product and may change; this does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
